Sebrena holds a Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design and UI/UX Design, a Master’s in Business Administration with a focus on Strategic Entrepreneurship, and Postgraduate degrees in both Digital Marketing and AI & Machine Learning. This rare combination of creative excellence and advanced business-tech education empowers her to design automation strategies that are not only efficient, but brand-aligned, scalable, and results-driven.

Her work focuses on building seamless, AI-powered workflows—ranging from conversational AI and missed call recovery to CRM integrations and end-to-end sales automation. Sebrena’s approach combines design thinking, prompt engineering, and business intelligence
